What is the purpose of this form?

Use this form to notify Land Use Victoria, the relevant municipal council and other rating authorities about a property acquisition.

Failing to notify within one month of acquisition may result in penalties.

How to lodge this form?

Download, print and sign a copy of the completed form and mail or deliver one notice of acquisition, together with the transfer of land form, to the Registrar of Titles:

A copy of the notice must also be sent to the relevant local council.

Saved forms will be retained for 15 days. If you don’t complete and submit the form within 15 days, you’ll need to start again.
