Form: FOI Review_
If a person disagrees with the decision of an Australian Government agency or Minister under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (the FOI Act), then that person can use this form to ask for the decision to be reviewed. For example, a person may want to seek review if they sought certain information and their application was rejected, or if someone else was granted access to information that was about them.
