This form is for applicants who wish to apply for a new licence only. Applications for renewal of licences submitted via this form will be not be processed as the correct fee cannot be submitted.

To renew a current licence, you are required to return the application for renewal received in the mail or if you have nominated your preferred contact method as email, via the linked provided in the email forwarded. Should you wish to change your preferred contact method to email to enable your licence to be renewed online please contact our Customer Service Centre on 132523.

This licence allows the licensee to carry out ground distribution of agricultural chemicals under the direction or authority of a licensed Ground Distribution Contractor. If you intend to carry out ground distribution of agricultural chemicals as a self-employed operator, you will also require the Ground Distribution Contractor Licence.
This licence allows the licensee to apply agricultural chemicals from an aircraft, while under the direction or authority of a licensed Aerial Distribution Contractor. If you intend to apply agricultural chemicals as a self-employed operator, you will also require the Aerial Distribution Contractor Licence.
This licence only allows the licensee to employ people who have a Commercial Operators Licence to apply agricultural chemicals. If you intend to apply agricultural chemicals yourself, you will require a Commercial Operators Licence.
This licence allows the licensee to employ people who have a Pilot Chemical Rating Licence to apply agricultural chemicals from an aircraft. If you intend to apply agricultural chemicals yourself, you will also require a Pilot Chemical Rating Licence.
