The Department of Agriculture and Fisheries collects this information under the provisions of the Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 so you may apply for a licence renewal.

•relevant government agencies (local or interstate): to assist in the management of diseases, pests and residues; the investigation of complaints under the Act where necessary; and as part of compliance and monitoring activities for the licensing and other requirements under the Act and its regulation;•other areas of the Department in order to assist the Department in its regulatory functions.

The Agricultural Chemicals Distribution Control Act 1966 (section 24) requires that the standards officer must keep a register which is available to the public and contains the name, address and licence details of all licensees.
