Logan City Council wants to make it easy for you to explain why you are dissatisfied with our service, our decision and/or Council officer conduct.

Please note - This form is designed to be used to complain about a previous service, previous decision and/or conduct of a Council officer. That is, it is not meant to be used as a form for request a "first time" request for service. What to expect

We take complaint about Council seriously.

Anonymous complaints will be dealt with under the Administrative Action Complaints process, however please be aware where a complaint cannot be actioned without further information from the complainant, it will not be actioned and the complaint will be closed.

We will contact you within ten (10) business days of receiving this complaint to acknowledge receipt of your complaint and provide with details of the officer reviewing the matter.

Within 60 business days you will receive a response to your complaint. With more complicated issues, the timeframe for receiving a response is 90 business days.

The balance between treating your information confidentially, the principles of natural justice and misconduct legislation may involve disclosure of your information in certain circumstances to staff and third party agencies.
