To go to a different page to complete your application and proceed to submission and payment, please use Only the Continue or Go Back buttons and Do NOT use the Back button in your browser.
Saving the form
Partially completed forms may be saved, then completed and submitted at a later date. On saving your form you will be issued with a unique Tracking Code. Record your Tracking Code in a safe, easily accessible location as it is required to retrieve your partially completed application, OR enter your email address to have the Tracking Code sent to you via email.
On selecting the Submit button at the bottom of the page you will be transferred to the Submission Attachments page where you must attach and save your electronic copies of the required supporting documentation. There is a 20 megabyte (MB) size limit.
NOTE, if you attach your documentation and then select the Return to Form button (at any time during the submission process) your attachments will be automatically removed and need to be re-attached on return to the Submission Attachments page.
Selecting the Cancel Submission button will stop submission and delete your application.
RECOMMENDATION / INSTRUCTIONS
Do not proceed to the Submission Attachments page until you have confirmed:
1.The information in your application is complete and correct; and2.ALL electronic copies of your supporting documentation (in the required format) are accessible and ready for attachment to your application.
