Description

This form should be completed by customers and/or customer representatives who wish to:

• Apply for Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) Exemption
• Elect to defer the Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC)
• Apply for a Certificate of No Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution Liability, or
• Lodge a Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution Acquisition Statement.

The GAIC may only apply to land within the following Victorian municipalities:

• Cardinia
• Casey
• Hume
• Melton
• Mitchell
• Whittlesea
• Wyndham

If the land is not within one of the above municipalities, you do not need to complete this form, as GAIC may only apply to land in those municipalities.

To apply for a 'Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC) Certificate', please complete GAIC Form 1.

Building Surveyors who are required to notify the SRO of a Building Permit Application should complete GAIC Form 3.
