The Smart Forms used for the MAS Panel Request for Quotations and Order for Services have been decommissioned. The Department of Finance has reverted to the downloadable Microsoft Word versions as a temporary measure, which are available on the MAS Panel webpage under the ‘Documents’ drop down menu. You can also access these documents via the AusTender Dynamic Sourcing for Panels platform.
