Use this form to lodge a request for a prelodgement prior to a plan sealing request, or to have survey plans endorsed by Council.

Note: Changes to the development approval (plans and/or conditions) should be determined prior to the plan sealing stage. You can use the ‘Request to change or extend a development approval’ SmartForm to lodge a change request.

For Council to process your request quickly and efficiently, please ensure you have all the relevant supporting information lodged with your request.

Within five business days, you are required to lodge the following at Council’s Library and Customer Service Centre, Floor 1, Brisbane Square, 266 George Street Brisbane:
